6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the Services (collectively, "User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Clockticking a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. Clockticking is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

Clockticking reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Clockticking to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.

If you fail to make any payment when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received in full.

8. Service Modifications

Clockticking reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Services without notice or liability.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the Services. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Clockticking, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

In no event shall Clockticking's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Services and deleting your account. Clockticking may terminate these Terms and your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date.
